Items must be in their original condition with tags intact. Please note, personalized and made-to-measure products are non-refundable unless faulty.
To initiate a return, ensure your item is unused, with tags attached. We cannot process returns for items without tags or original packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the replacement.

For peace of mind, we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning items. Include your name, order number, order date, product code, and reason for return. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we cannot refund these costs.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days. Please ensure items are in resaleable condition to avoid refund refusal.

At Bullhorn, we understand that sometimes plans change. You have a 2-hour window from the time you place your order to cancel it without any charges. After this period, your order may have already entered production, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If production has begun, the order will be processed and shipped, and a refund will not be available.
